Your biased opinion of Bregman. So because I think Bregman is better (since all of the facts point to it) I'm biased because you think I like his personality? LMAO YOUR facts point to it......You casually ignore all of the facts other than what Caminiti did with the Astros. If you want to evaluate, take in all numbers, not just those who make your point. Caminiti used Steroids to boost his performance........Bregman used illegal cameras and trash cans to boost his........neither is squeaky clean.

This damn crap of rewording my posts or posts of others needs to stop. I don't need a clown rewriting my posts. Caminiti was a drug addict and it cost him his life. But, I never called him a drug addict in my post. His being a drug addict has nothing to do with the FACT that he was a much better third baseman and hitter than Breggie no matter how many here choose to say otherwise. Nobody......including the board administrator.....should be enabled to edit the posts of another poster. That is bullshit. He didn’t edit your post, you ridiculous idiot.

Damn, you are running late with the insults tonight. I went back and read through it all again and I realize he didn't edit the post. As usual, you remain a total jerk. By the way, I'm not the "ridiculous idiot" who told Correa to GTFO and said Marwin was stealing playing time from more deserving players. I notice you never named those deserving players.

Jeremy Pena is now 2-24.... 2 singles... in games played since he was HBP twice in the 9/24 game. Not a good sign.

I agree, but if someone wants to pay him... Somebody may offer him 6-7 years at $30 million a year or maybe more than that. I don't think we should. I'd max out an offer to him at 6/$150 million. He needs to remember that he isn't the only top FA shortstop that will be on the market.......Baez, Seager, and Story may have something to do with what Correa can get. In my opinion, Carlos is the best SS of the four. It will also be interesting to see if he stays off the IL this season.....so far, so good. This being a contract year may influence that to some extent. I think you nailed it with this comment Coach. I feel certain that we will offer him at least 6 years and 150. I also feel certain someone else will offer more and he will take it. Hope I am wrong, pretty sure I am right

When I was in the military I remember an occasion when I was pissing and moaning about something that I did not particularly care for and this old Master Sargeant looked at me and said, son the Army was here before you and will be here long after you are gone. If you don't like it pack your shit up and go. That was the first time I was told that one guy does not make a team.

We all pretty much want Correa back. The question is how much and how long. The answer to that question for CC is on the other side of a line that Crane will not cross.

The answer to that question for CC is on the other side of a line that Crane will not cross. It could all come down to the value Crane puts on Correa's presence on the team. If can't figure out he needs him to remain at the current level, he's an idiot. I am not saying he should give Correa whatever he wants, but, he needs to be ready to seriously go after him.

The problem for both Click and Crane is not figuring out whether they can afford to keep him in 22 or 23 because clearly they can give him an obscene amount of money and stay under the cap. The problem that they have is in 24 on and the message they send with Correa’s signing. Do they want to lock in what they have now through 24 and then have to blow it up or do they want to take a longer term approach. My money is on them taking a longer term approach.

All jokes about his name aside, Sprinkle is 6'6", 237 lbs and just posted some bonkers strikeout numbers in his first year facing professional hitters. 16.2 K/9 is ridiculous. I can't find any current scouting info on him, but coming out of high school people were talking about how solid his curve and change were already, plus the body. If the Astros system can manage to pump up his velo as they seem to be good at, he could be a guy.

Sprinkle's profile shows he went to Central Missouri. Isn't that Crane's alma mater where he basically financed their facilities?

From what I read can we now ID Forrest Whitley as the biggest prospect dissapointment in franchise history?
