Dusty had nothing to do with Lance and is arm problems. He's had arm problems since he could raise it above his head. That's why a lot of us were not enamored with offering LMJ a 5 year deal....Misses too many games. That contract was low cost compared to what he could get in a year or two, depending on his health. We keep seeing health and injury brought into all discussions involving player contracts. The fact is that any player on the team could break his leg in the next game and never be the same again. We can't base concerns about what may happen in the future when it comes to deciding on whether to sign a player now.

I am sure you are well qualified to speak on this subject.........are you an Orthopedic surgeon? Fact is we don't know if Lance would have this injury if Dusty hadn't started him in Chicago. He pitched on normal rest and still hasn't even thrown 200 innings. It has nothing to do with Dusty. That's just absurd bias speaking.

He can't bitch about Dusty using Bregman third in the batting order any more. He's gotta have something to whine about.

Dusty should have known not to pitch him in Chicago. Any Orthopedic surgeon will tell you it is not healthy to pitch in Chicago.
