Dodgers lose their opening series against the lowly Rockies. Nice.

I usually don’t care about how the national media treats us, partly because people are naturally going to dislike the Astros because of the scandal, but sometimes they go out of their way to sidestep our team’s wins. The Angels sucked this series, and the headline is still “Ohtani Pooped Today!”

I watched 5 minutes of the Angels broadcast. One of the heads asked the other how they expected the game to go. Answer: "it depends on whether the Astros read pitches with their eyes or with their cameras!"

I get the fans still being mad and biased (and it's just fun to boo sometimes), but the media and broadcast guys still getting into it is weird. Especially since you would think people in the business would know about most of the stuff that goes on behind the scenes...

They're entertainers and they're going to keep giving the people what they want.

Souza came out on social media telling fans he knows half the teams in baseball were doing similar things in 2017.
What gets me is that if it was so blatant around the league, why are so many players and "people in the business" so quick to just call-out and ridicule the Astros?
P.S. Where is the d*mn Yankee letter?

Being pleasantly surprised with Bregman is an understatement. Debbie Downer oops I mean Corch poisoned everyone's outlook on Bregman last season. I reckon it won't be long until "surprise" won't be a factor when watching Alex's success.

When the cheating occurs during a season where the team grabbed the brass ring, they're inclined to remember for decades.

3 ER in 5.2 IP for Gerrit Cole tonight. ERA is 5.59 after two starts. Six more years at $36 million each after this one left on his contract.

As I’m sitting in my Milwaukee home after a big win by my Brew Crew, I ponder. I ponder what would have happened if we won the 2005 World Series. I also ponder why no one on our team came up with the genius idea of banging on trash cans and video cameras to steal pitch signals. We failed Houston and we failed baseball.

Because when y'all got Beltran in 2004, he hadn't learned about it yet from the Yankees.

Ohtani starting tonight, MLB made it the free game of the day, massive hype, has his own headline section on MLB.com.
6 ER in 3.2 IP to the Rangers. Currently has a 7.56 ERA and a .148 average.
