If they were to get Happ, I have to believe Tucker would be moved to CF. In fact, Tucker should be moved to CF anyways:
Altuve 2B/DH
Mancini RF/LF/1B/DH
Yordan DH/LF
Bregman 3B/SS
Tucker CF/RF/LF
Gurriel 1B/2B/DH
Diaz/Chas LF
Pena SS
Maldonado/Vazquez C
If you added Happ, just move Diaz and Chas to bench. If those are guys are on the bench, our team and depth is very good. Brantley would be pure bonus.

Mancini is still the way to go, imo. He can take a corner OF spot or he can play 1B. Plus, he has a reasonable option for next year if he agrees to pick it up on his side. (Or maybe we work out a deal for an extra few years to keep him since we have no real 1B in the pipeline.) I hope this doesn't come back to bite me. |

If we traded two prospects for Vazquez to play one out of every 8 games, there's a legitimate problem.
Same with Mancini. If Mancini isn't in the lineup 90% of the time, why did we bother?
