Wow, they kept Urquidy and didn't carry Maton or Smith. I'm very surprised.
They also kept Dubon for some horrible reason.
Hensley made the cut; good for him.

I’m pleasantly surprised that they didn’t include Smith on the ALDS roster. While I don’t particularly care for Dubon, I would rather have him on the roster than either Maton or Smith. Maton and Smith are worse vs left handed batters than any of our other pitchers. I’m so glad that Hensley and Meyers made the roster. If we can keep France, Crawford and Frazier under control, I think we will dominate the Mariners. |

The guy has some real good ABs and he has absolutely ate our lunch since coming up. .350 AVG .947 OPS for his career against us. |

I'm somewhat surprised they didn't carry Will Smith, tho I am glad. Cal Raleigh plus the last four of their lineup are either switch hitters or lefties.

The Dodgers are just so good. I know it's baseball and anything can happen, but they are just overwhelmingly better than everyone else this year. If the Phillies manage to knock off the Braves, the Dodgers will skip into the WS rested and ready to go. |

Why would any pitcher really throw Judge a fastball. Or Yordan? When it is down to hitting the breaking pitch, Alvarez has plate coverage that Judge can't match. MLB Network showed a montage of Judge's 62 homers, every breaking ball that he hit out was a hanger with a majority of them looking like he was hitting off a tee. When matching bat speed and pitch selection on breaking pitches, Judge is no match to Alvarez. |

Phillies vs. Cardinals are in a rain delay. I'll say it again, there's no reason why all stadiums don't have retractable roofs.
I don't care how rare it may be in some areas, why even bother with the potential? Why not be able to control the playing conditions if necessary? Dumb.

Cleveland is playing NY tough. I know the numbers don't show it, but I feel like Cleveland is a hungrier more well-rounded team than the Yankees.
