Tucker right in the _ finally tied ChickenTendi in career BWAR. Now only behind Swanson and Breggers in his draft class.

He went 0/15 against a mediocre team. They needed him, and he didn’t show up. There have been a couple series this season where he went MIA. That's the frustrating aspect with him. His streakiness has always been a thing, but, big picture, he still produces overall. Looks like your daddy may have to spend more.

Hey Montero has actually turned things around some. Since he got hammered for 3 runs in LA (last 12 games) he has a 2.30 ERA with 15 K in 15 IP and a .118 BAA.

I have more faith in him currently than I do in Maton.

I understand it's early but, I think we have the money to resign Tucker. And possibly go get Josh Hader and let Maton Walk. Neris is gonna stay. He loves it here. We uave a plethora of SPs ready and already on the roster and when more get back from IR. We will have aloy more.
This is the time to bolster up or Minor leagues or Current Roster

Nasty Nestor who looked like a Sandy Koufax clone last Saturday is back on the DL with rotorcuff problems. It looks like the "Yankee for Life" Cole will not even get to the playoffs this year. The Yankees even have him by the balls if he wants to opt out of his contract. Cole will have to settle like Trout, money over rings.

Obviously depends on severity. Personally mine’s been partially torn for the past 10 years (too much baseball when I was younger). It’s not much of an issue for a non-athlete such as myself except when I work with something over my head.

I know your pain, I had a strained rotator cuff when I played, but I hurt my left rotator cuff on a non-sport injury, and it still hurts to this day.

We are gonna have tuff decisions this offaeason. Verlander he is safe. Framber he is safe Brown Javier and France should be safe
That's 5 So what about McCullers? Urquidy? Garcia? Then there's Arrighetti? Gordon? Bielak? Blanco? And Dubin? That's alot of what ifs after those 5. McCullers contract is meh. And he can't stay healthy. Garcia might be a 6th man hold over.
We have a clear need for a LF or CF depending on how you wanna play McCormick and Yordon. We should not bring back Brantley.
Diaz has to start his bat and increased DEF prowness has gotta make the Astros play him everyday next year.
So a back up Catcher? Maldy is no good with his bat and that hurts. But he calls a good game. He helps pitchers get better. So why offer him a coaching gig?
Another question would be Pena? Dude has to have a better approach. He did good in the WS and he is young. But let's see what he does the rest of the year.
Tucker has to be resigned. BP needs an addition. I would go with retaining Neris. Maton walks stanek walks. See if we can find a taker on Montero. Pressley stays. Sign Lugo and Hader and call it a day.
So what would you do knowing there will be needs and we have the SPs to trade for upgrades

Unless the free agent is a young phenom, I believe in spending good money more often to retain your talent than to bring in someone new.
