Rondon threw 10 pitches in the 8th. You need to unscript a little in the regular season AJ. Plus Rondon didn’t pitch yesterday.

Peacocks slider is not like last season.

Why is Peacock throwing an 0-2 strike?

Peacocks slider is not like last season. Not at all. The 0-2 pitch to Andújar was just plain bad.

Our bullpen and management is just ridiculous sometimes.

Guys, this team is in a funk. The hitting whiffs on RISP chances, and this bullpen plays Hot Potato with the baseball in closing out games.

3-17 with RISP. Not. Good. Team loss. The bullpen has been really bad recently.

This was always going to be a tough streak of baseball. We still have a chance to take the series tomorrow. A road trip through CLE and NYC that ends with us 4-3 is more than acceptable right now. June gives us a nice chance to go on a tear and hopefully get the bullpen right.

June gives us a nice chance to go on a tear and hopefully get the bullpen right. It’s not a tough stretch. The whole season so far has been full of wins against bad teams. They had a chance to build on a home series win against Cleveland by beating them 3-1 on Sunday. They failed. Could’ve taken the series tonight against the Yankees. They failed. They need to pick things up. The Mariners sure are.

I know we like to praise Strom and all for the great starting pitching, but what about this ineffective bullpen? For a few years now, they can’t develop a guaranteed buttkicker to close out games. I don't know many examples in history of developing a long-term effective MLB closer. More often than not you either have closer stuff, or you don't The only developed closers I can think of are HOFers like Eckersley and Smoltz Verlander is your best bet for developing a closer. We should hold on to that guyHe (Verlander) said today that he wants to play for 10 more years.

I wish I could understand WHY hINCH thinks a reliever cannot pitch but one inning........seond dime on this trip a guy has pitched a clean 8th with a low pitch count, Hinch pulls him, brings in another pitcher and he gives it up. Rondon was good in the 8th and Hinch says he does not like to use a pitcher 3 days in a row but, he does with Devenski and blows another one. Offense blows lots of scoring chances. Putting Jake in the game bit him in the butt when Jake had to bat ......and, as usual, he struck out. Peacock's slider is now terrible. We blow another game we had won..........I put this one on Hinch for continuing to make horrilbe pitching moves

They even addressed that topic during the game today.
