Murfee is the guy Pena hit his 18th inning go-ahead bomb off of in the 2022 ALDS.
I don't think he's fully recovered from TJS last June though. They must really like his profile I guess.

Murfee probably won't be back until after the AS break, maybe not until September even when you consider rehab assignments. But he has five years of control and all his options remaining, and has a sub-3 ERA in his career so far. Definitely a nice piece to pick up for no cost.
