Heard that about Cleveland too. Cleveland isn't Boston. Sour cream isn't whipped cream.

Sour cream isn't whipped cream. And everyone knows whipped cream is 100x better than sour cream.

By the way. This is why I questioned James being in the rotation when the playoffs started over Smith. The guy was good but unproven in the playoffs.
Glad it happened when we were losing anyhow.

Rondon is garbage lately. Has no business being on a playoff roster, but wouldn’t want to leave him off again and hurt his feelings.

Good hitting team that we gave too many chances to and we didn't make the most of ours. We weren't going to sweep Boston.

...and Rodon bitched about being off the ALDS roster. Thanks buddy. AJ pays for putting him on the roster after his pouting spell about being left off the ALDS roster. Cole did what he did more than once during the season. He got behind and the offense tied it for him. Marwin hits the home run to get him a two run lead and he goes out and immediately gives up three. Why Hinch left him in I don't know. He had McHugh warming and should have used him. Altuve has been dead weight in these two games

AJ was clearly out-managed tonight. We looked satisfied after winning game one

I'm still pro Hinch. Not all decisions will pay off. Sometimes you just get beat.

Every dog has his day and today seems to be Boston’s. They did win 108 games this year for some odd reason.

I'm still pro Hinch. Not all decisions will pay off. Sometimes you just get beat. Sometimes the players can’t win in spite of him. This was one of those times.

This wouldn't be a Houston team if we didn't make it interesting somehow

Hit for Springer and Altuve getting on base finally could set up the Bregman HR for the tie

Good job by Springer, Altuve and Bregs in the 9th. Just too much clipboard to overcome in one inning.

We weren't going to sweep. This series is going to go the distance. Splitting is the best we could hope for.

Sometimes the players can’t win in spite of him. This was one of those times. That seems a bit extreme. I don’t think it is extreme at all. This was hardly the first game the team has lost due to AJ sitting on his hands and doing nothing while his pitcher was bludgeoned by the opposing team. This is not the time to be throwing away games in an effort to be nice and show your pitcher that you believe in him. It's the ALCS for crying out loud.
