Hard not to be down, but if they can get out of this inning the game is still in reach. I feel good about the series still with Morton and Verlander going the next 2 games. Then we just have to hope Cole can rebound |

One of the reason why brining in a closer when you don't have the lead doesn't work is because the mentality of the other team's hitters. Closer bank on the hitters pressing to get on base and need that intimidation factor. Boston is loose with no sense of urgency.

Folks I’ve gotta tell you. Like it or not...and regardless of the regular season run differential stats of the two teams..., Boston has a better hitting team 1-9 + the bench. There is a reason they won 108 games in the regular season.
