I guess I'm the only one that wants to see the celebration AND the drilling. Drama! There should be no place in the game for that type of celebration.....it's about as low class and "bush league" as it gets. If more pitchers would deck those clowns, it would stop a lot of it. On the subject of women,....I love them,but, we have way too many women pretending to be sportscasters who don't know squat about the game they are covering. Sideline reporters are usually women who only have jobs because they are women and networks are forced to hire them. Just once, I want to see a coach that one of these dumb Doras stop at the half to ask stupid questions tell her to get the mic out of his face that he needs to get to the locker room to coach his team. MLB network has a couple of broads working for them that don't know a baseball from a tennis racket. |

I used to feel the same way (as that's how I was taught as a young player), but now I feel like the game can use some more emotion on big plays. I don't mean flipping your bat after every single Valbuena-style, but I don't mind some theatrics for big plays. |

Chicks dig the long ball, Real Men value OBP - Ash I think the preference should be OBP, but his OBP isn't horrible lately. And you're practically guaranteed 35+ HR and 100+ RBI. As long as he isn’t fed a steady diet of curveballs. Can’t hit one to save his life. He should never see a fastball. |

I think the preference should be OBP, but his OBP isn't horrible lately. And you're practically guaranteed 35+ HR and 100+ RBI. As long as he isn’t fed a steady diet of curveballs. Can’t hit one to save his life. He should never see a fastball. He's getting results though. |

I saw nothing wrong with how Biggio handled his "farewell tour". He wasn't trying to show up an opponent. I took it as acknowledging the fans and saying goodbye to them. |
