It’s always something with Correa. I’ve said all I needed to say.

He has shown the ability to play with pain last year. He just hasn't shown the ability to play elite baseball while in pain.

He has shown the ability to play with pain last year. He just hasn't shown the ability to play elite baseball while in pain. That sums it up succinctly and illustrates why I feel he’s the lowest priority of the star players.

Olpapa, any updates/foresight on Nova? Astros better hold onto Nova. Yeah, I think it’s always good to hold onto a decent glove who can handle SS. Let’s hope he can also hit.

I just miss the fire he had when he was a rookie, but I guess people throwing out the A-Rod comparisons that soon was too much to live up to at that point in his career. He was supposed to be the power while Lindor was the defense. He’s been surpassed in both areas by that string bean. He better step it up if he wants to stay here.

I was thinking bounce back year - 305/23HRS.

One of the great things about having Bregman locked up is that it allows us to look at the draft this year and figure out if we want to draft a college ss or college 3rd baseman. If Nova advances another step this year it most likely will be a 3rd baseman. If Toro makes another jump as well, who knows. Bregman gives us the flexibility long term though to either sign Correa if both parties are agreeable or to just move on and go with our next best option and not worry about a drop off at ss so much.

Maybe he'll get the IL out of the way to start the year so he is good for the end of the year...?

He hasn't been ruled out for Thursday. Maybe it's nothing.

If Keuchel had a team to play for .. you'd think it was a big deal?

Correa took a Viagra on Sunday, it got stuck in his throat, and he's had a stiff neck all week.
Should have called a doctor after 4 hours.
I thank you

If Keuchel had a team to play for .. you'd think it was a big deal? I was referring to that season he was off and on the DL for a similar injury. As far as your question goes, I don’t understand.

CC out with neck stiffness, the manufactured theories will start soon. Don't read Lydia.,,...please don't..... ... .... ... ... .... Correa has neck stiffness, bc he ate too much.... First it was Dallas, now CC. I guess those Holiday Inn Express motels in Florida are subject to investigation.

Correa may not have what ailed Keuchel two seasons back .. we don't know for sure

No worries. I’ll assume Correa is not as injured as Keuchel was then. Before he got hurt, he pitched like a $25 million a year guy.
