Only a desperate idiot would offer those deals to Keuchel and Eovaldi. Well I wouldnt count out the Astros on 5 yr 55 million front loaded contract I am sure we would all like your source for posting garbage like this. Sorry, but Buster Olney and Rosenthal don't know shit about what Luhnow is doing or will do.

Grandal is suspect defensively and piles up strikeouts. He does have trouble with good pitches in the zone but his offensive #s over the last 4 years are better than Realmuto. Grandal is an elite pitch framer and average everywhere else. Suspect according to who. According to how he sucked in this year's post season.....he was horrible all the way around.

New rumor Yankees trying to package Gary Sanchez and the rest of there top prospects for J.T. Realmuto. If that goes down two analyst have stated Sanchez will be traded again for what ever they can get That is old gossip. They mentioned that right after the WS.

Grandal is suspect defensively and piles up strikeouts. Actually he was the highest rated defensive catcher in baseball this year overall. He just had a really bad postseason. And I don't mind strikeouts if they get on base as well as he does and hits 20+ HR. If he is so highly rated, why are we not hearing hardly a thing about teams wanting to sign him??

Let go Reds. Sign Keuchal up 5yr deal? ? Possible close to 90m God I hope so. Please this would make the offseason so much more better to know he is gone for good

I believe they wanna draw some wild reviews and I also Believe Evoildi wants longs term of contract possible. Js that's my gut reaction

I thought Gary Sanchez was supposed to be the next beloved Yankee hero. Yea idk. But if he gets traded to the Marlins I dont understand why they would trade him? He is really cheap and young. But that's what they are saying. Not me. I hope they dont get him. No way Yankees farm is even remotely still decent with trading there hottest prospect for Paxton.

Well, if you are calling it, I can't wait to see how it turns out. I just read a BS article tying Keuchel to the Reds but I don't put much stock in it. 2yrs 9m per confirmed Jon Heyman of Fancred Sports reports that Garrett Richards and the Padres have agreed to a deal. Jeff Passan of Yahoo Sports reports that it's a two-year deal for a guaranteed figure around $15 million that could go up to 18 million with incentives. Earlier on Thursday, Heyman reported that Richards had offers on the table from both the Padres and the Dodgers, but it appears the Padres have come out ahead for the 30-year-old right-hander. He's going to miss a significant portion of the 2019 season at minimum, with a good chance that he won't be able to pitch until 2020. When healthy, he's been excellent, as he owns a 3.15 ERA and 8.5 K/9 over his list 86 starters since the beginning of the 2014 season.

He has been on the DL more than he has been active. If the Padres are giving him that, i can't wait to see what Corbin gets.

Man I pity the poor no hitting fool that goes 2-35 starting his mlb with the Astros. He obviously is a slob who will never amount to anything. What he did over the course of the last 4 years has more bearing on how good he is than what he did in the post season this last year.

Well, I wouldn't say Harper sucks, but, he is holding out for top dollar and will get a lot more than he's worth even though he is an asshole and not very well-liked by his teammates. After he signs, the pieces will start falling into place.

I just read that NYM and Seattle were nearing a deal. Wonder if they're trading Cano for Thor. Looks like the Mets and Mariners are close to finalizing the deal to send Cano and Diaz to NY. I’m glad we won’t be looking at Diaz in the AL West next season.

Ok so after some searching and reading talking to Jeffery Todd and a couple guys from House of Houston.
J.T. Realmuto for Kyle Tucker and Christian Javier should get the deal done.
The amount of Catchers on the Market as of now is insane. Alot of Gms are thinking his price might lower alittle bit but not much. -----------------------------------------
Paul Goldschmidt seems to be the hot name that atleast 5 top writer's think could be an Astro. Tyler White, Cionel Perez, Framber Valdez and Rogelio Armentaros.
It's just enough of a trade value to make sure the Diamondbacks get a replacement 1B. And three pitchers all three would be ready to go come Spring training to fight for Corbins spot and or Grienkes if he is traded. -----------------------------------------
House of Houston believes Nelson Cruz might have atleast a two year contract on the Table. But as some may have seen they want Cruz to learn 1B aswell so he is versatile and can not just be stuck at DH and spot start LF.
-----------------------------------------
Jeffery Todd believes Micheal Brantley is the Astros top choice when it comes to signing an OF. I brought up Derek Dietrich as a signing aswell and he said it would be a great add because of his utility role with Diaz would cover all but Catcher. Which would make Yuli Gurriel expendable.
-----------------------------------------
Nathan Evoildi its probably the most likely Sp the Astros have talked about as a FA deal. But they are looking over the league for trades for younger pitchers name to watch Dylan Bundy or Jon Gray.
-----------------------------------------
Surprisingly the Astros aren't really Linked to any Relief Pitchers. ALTHOUGH names to watch Britton, Robertson, Kelly and Familia.
-----------------------------------------
Surprise Charlie Morton is believed to be coming back on a 2yr deal. No one Believes the Astros will retain Marwin Gonzalez or Dallas Keuchal. Watch for Evan Gattis..
