Wasn't long ago Keuchel and McHugh were the Astros #1 and 2 starters. So there is some friendly, maybe not so friendly, history of competition there.

I wonder what our Pythagorean record is

McHugh is looking like he'd do just fine every 5th day in the rotation... if a spot opens up. We could use a ground ball inducing, gold glove winning lefty in the pen right now.

I wonder what our Pythagorean record is I remember when that record for us was super bad back in ‘08, and we finished with a winning record. Good old Loretta and Wigginton.

This umpire can’t follow a breaking pitch. He is terrible.

I wonder what our Pythagorean record is Doug will figure it out, he is the math major on the board. The Good Guys' Pythagorean W-L record at this point is 7-4. So you could say the team has picked up two "lucky" wins. Coming into tonight's game, the team scored 49 runs and gave up 25. Can you imagine how proud Pythagoras would be to know that, 2500 years later, people are using his math to forecast the outcomes of baseball games?
