Your wasting my time i told u go read it. U bore me. Voo Doo... Slamming or dissing Sanders to a Detroit sports fan is like sh__ing on Nolan Ryan here. i'd put up or shut up. Are you mentally challanged? I never dissed Barry Sanders. I said and wull say again he wanted out of detroit badly. They wouldnt build a championship team they only wanted to be mediocre. If what you read was dissing Sanders then comprehending is not your forte. Everyone knows Barry is top three RBs ever period no ifs ands or buts. But you also have to realize Detroits owners are pure trash. They make stupid trades and stupid picks over the years. They dont like to spend money where its needed. If you look at there Football team its like they have not a clue on how to draft or keep players. If im Stafford i would wanna leave but since he is there God there, well he stays. I would bet you even money Galloday will leave that team. The Tigers are in the same boat. Lets trade the world for Miggy and Dontrelle. And sign them long term. Pfft that contract Miggy has is awful. And isnt Willis still getting paid by them? Come on dont step in the realm of reality on whos ownerships over the years is better or worse. If you are that blind to see that then stop watching sports in general. I love the Astros, Stars and Cowboys. And regardless of what people say there ownership is hands down top 5 in the league. Over the last twenty some odd years. PERIOD. Sure people make mistakes but not every year. Look at the picks compared to each team and who wins the debate? Who keeps who on the team? And who trys to get better?

You presented what was supposedly a direct quote from the book. You say you found it in your copy. What page?*crickets* Your wasting my time i told u go read it. U bore me. Wasting time? You seem to be wasting a ton of time insulting people and writing half-page posts in the process. You CLAIM to have taken a quote from your copy of the book. It would take mere seconds to open that book to the same page and type the number into a post to defend your credibility. Yet we're still waiting on that page number ...

Voodoo, you were mentally challented and failed the test. You are good for entertainment with your ridiculous evaluations of players.

I said i dont wanna extend him due to the postion he plays and the length he may desire. If its 3yrs with options for us to get out of it. Then yea. But 5yr 20+m to stay is way to rich. I get everyone loves him but his contract ends in 2021. He has 1 arb yr left next year.he is 29 this yr 31 when it ends if you extend him i would not go past the age of 35yrs old. And he would have to move out of CF deeming it a more hazardous postion. We dont want a Polluck episode like the dodgers are experiencing. I believe thats what i said. Yes i do wanna josh and Yuli gone only for one reason. U wanna hold on to Tucker fine make him play. Same with Yordan. He needs to be up now to get White outta there

Js how different would this team have been with JT? That is all glad we signed Chirinos instead of trading good prospect for JT who isn't doing shit for the Phillies. I am pleased with Chirinos and so are the Astros. As for Springer, he is worth a 5 year year extension at around $25 million a year.

I was just looking at WAR leaders and thought about Minor from Texas. He's on a three year contract with the rest of 2019 and 2020 at $9.5M/yr. If Texas determines it is out of the race before the deadline, what would it take to swing a trade? Potential 2019 Playoff Rotation Verlander Cole MinorMiley
Potential 2020 Rotation
Verlander MinorMcCullers 2 rookies or Peacock and one rookie

If Texas determines it is out of the race before the deadline After last weekend? This year's version of Rump Rangers are a pathetic impersonation of a MLB team. I'd say their season ended the first week of April.

I suspect not yet, but Minor is an asset worth acquiring with limited financial resources, but plenty of farm depth with nowhere to go.

Not yet, and add the fact you typically don't like off loading your best pitcher to a divisional rival.

The Rangers know they won't be able to compete with Houston over the next two years. If they were given a good deal I'm sure they would consider it. They probably PREFER not to trade to a division rival, but I don't think it's out of the question.

If anything, I think the Astros may be the reticent party, due to not wanting to face our good prospects over the next few years after we trade them to Dallas.

I kind of like the idea of trading any high ranking trade pieces to the national league. But at this juncture I do not see a reason to really make any trades outside of another late inning reliever and a catcher that can call a good game and hit above the mendoza line.

They handed a championship to St. Louis and then watched their down south competition hoist a trophy in L.A. Even their new ballpark supposedly looks like MMP. Anyway, according to Banister, they’re the real team of the state because their jerseys say “Texas” across the front.

Your correct.
We yave missing links but it can be fixxed internally. Well not all of them.
C and a Reliver are the iffys on this team.
the astros need to rid themselves of White, Devenski, maybe Kemp push James back to the Minors and completely move on from Stassi.
Its just simple.
I dont really know what reliever we could get that would be a differance maker. And that arent on Rivals.
I mean you would almost certainly have to look at bottom teams and there is on the bottom for a reason.
