Seen that one earlier. We always get the middle to lower guy. Like someone who we havent even discussed. And all the supposed bigger teams get the really good players Felipe Vazquez would be awesome, but the Pirates, with 4 more years of team control, would ask for the moon for him. Trade deadline wish list: Bumgarner, Lugo and Vazquez... All the above will likely cost too much in return, so Luhnow will object. Can i ask why u like Bumgarner? I dont see any appeal to him what so ever. I dont think he has it anymore. I feel he would just be worse moving from San Fran. And his Stats dont lie. Felipe Vazquez would be more expensive then Seth Lugo

He stepped up to the plate big-time in 2017 though.

I’m with Nate. What’s with everyone’s Bumgarner fetish? If people are about numbers and not age, Greinke is the pitcher to get. Plus, he pitches in a hitter’s park unlike Madison.

His value would be way high. Think a top 100 prospect MlB and some top 30 prospects of the team

Lets pick a fight cuz someone hit a HR off me. He started that crap talking that mess and someone pulled his card. You tell me? He just seems like he coile be a club house cancer. And he does not have what he used to

Orioles just traded for Tom Eshelman. He was one of the players we traded to Philadelphia for Giles.

seriously though all we really need is another reliever that can be relied on. If Smith and McHugh both come back and are back to where they should be then we really do not need anything.
A case could be made for a first baseman to add even more depth to the line up but I really think that they want either Alvarez or Beer to be the first baseman long term.

He was being a jerk to the umpire beforehand.

Then what happens when Correa comes back? I think he will be seen in LF. No RF at all. So DH 1B LF in that order.

This is also a clear take on what to do with White? Kemp is gaining confidence at 2B. I like what ive seen from him there.
To me the Trade Market should be Pitching, Pitching, Pitching.
Maybe 3 pitchers. Maybe a SP and to Pen Arms. Lugo would be perfect in the pen as a spot starter and Reliver. But we need a SP badly that last spot on the Roster thats a Hole.. and I also think we need that Back up Shut Down closer type. A Burner

Gurriel was fine enough at 1B while it lasted. I think his countryman has earned a shot at competing for his job. Álvarez can give Brantley a breather once in a while too.
