I believe Beer will be involved if we make a splash. His lack of defensive skills will hurt his chances of being on any Astros team.

From a performance per amount of salary standpoint, Yuli is less valuable than White this year (so far). Yuli, if I recall correctly, is pretty good in the playoffs. Yeah he's been solid. |

I hope I am not wrong. Dis you hear the Yankees reason for grabbing him? He crushes the Red Sox and they have crypt with in 5 Games of them. So ot was time to add another power bat. IRONICALLY they are way way way over the Cap threshold by a mile. |

Poor Yuli. Once White is gone he will be the black sheep of the Astros. I feel sorry for the guy. We automatically improve just by getting rid of him. Concur White has lost it. I would bet they have been trying to shop him and the phine just gets a dial tone. On to another note. I have been reading around on twitter and message boards getting an idea of what fans eant and what writers want or have heard. Scoop 1. Clint Frazier straight up for Madison Bumgarner seems legit and the Yankees are holding the phone on hold. Scoop 2. Mets are gonna off load everyone there are frew and far between players they are gonna keep. There idea build for next year. Scoop 3. Astros scouts will be in attendence for Jacob DeGroms game next Thursday to watch him pitch. No clue why seems like a very expensive SP. But who knows crazier thinga have happened. Scoop 4. Astros are currwntly looking high and low for a buy it Know RP. Seems to be scouts every where on this one. Not typing them all out. Sorry. Scoop 5. Kyle Tuckers super to cut off is, some where towards the end of July. Next month and thats when you should see him get the call up. Scoop 6. Astros could be look at a Bench Catcher who can be a full time Catcher if need be. All eyes are on Maxx Stassi. But they seem to be looking for a Catcher to pair with Chirinos. Note; the Astros are looking into poasibly extending Chirinos. There are a shit ton of trade speculation. Wild teade ides |

Since the Mariners are selling and not getting much. Why not try and get Omar Narvaez and Tommy Milone?
Im sure we have a few prospects that are blocked that could make this deal work?
Milone is doing pretty good. Cheap guy aswell

I am really getting excited the versatility in our team....we have contact, power and speed. I keep posting, I hope Straw and Stubbbs stay on the team, love the speed and defense....need to find a home for White, Kemp, Mayfield and Marisnick...don't know what to make of the bullpen yet, on who needs to go, up for debate: Rondon, Harris and Devo. |

Straw is proving he could replace Jake, but, I think Jake stays the rest of the season........the others can go. I would also try to trade Devenski. |

They had a really good article on Tony Watson from the Giants today on Twitter.
Either go get two Relivers or two SPs and move Peacock back to the pen.
