Astros could easily have scored 7 or 8 times in this game but there is silly Marwin, trying to steal even though he doesn't meet the speed requirements to do so; and swinging at a knuckleball out of the zone instead of taking the easy RBI.

Your always finding a reason to Defend Giles. No reason he had to have two base runners in that inning. All I've ever said is that he is a fine closer in normal Save situations. He's 10/10 now. He's never been pretty about it, but he normally gets the job done. That being said, tonight he got squeezed on Bradley and the one single was a miscommunication in the OF. Soemtimes traffic isn't always the pitchers fault. I just defend him from the people that say he has no value and should be gone. He's cheap and he finishes games 84+% of the time. There's decent value there. |
